6 St. John's Terrace is a comfortable self catering townhouse in the vibrant suburb of Green Point. The 3 bedroom, double storey house comfortably sleeps 6 to 12, provides ideal self catering holiday accommodation for large or small groups and is available for long or short term Cape Town holiday rentals.
Year Round Holiday Rental Accommodation
The house is suitable as a self catering holiday rental or for business groups, being centrally located for quick and easy access to the city and waterfront.
Accommodation consists of three well appointed bedrooms, two looking out over the slopes of Signal Hill and the third bedroom with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. All have full en-suite bathrooms and balconies with large French doors equipped with security gates. For large groups, the upstairs living area can easily be organized to take an extra 4 single beds.
NOTE:
6 St. John's Terrace is a selfcatering townhouse that rents as an entirity, and not room by room as in most guesthouses.
Our minimum rates for all of 2008 until mid December are R750 per night...and that's for 1 to 3 people.
Thereafter it's R250 per person per night. So for 4 guests it's 4 X 250, and for 5 it's 5 X 250, etc.
We sleep up to 13 altogether, with linen and towels for all. So when it gets to 10 and beyond we'll be happy to make adjustments.
From mid December until mid January 2009 it's R2750 per night, and that's for up to 10 people. Numbers 11, 12 and 13 will be R150 extra per person.
